This morning while searching Google images for a good photo for a brand presentation, I stumbled across this advertising classic.
I’m a bit lost for words – but I think my point would be to say, my, haven’t we come a long way?! Fortunately, for most of us advertising professionals, this sort of advertising is unthinkable these days.
What anyone was thinking a naked woman had to do with “pasteurized process cheese spread” is beyond me. (Yes, I know, obviously Velveeta spread and velvet skin. Thank goodness they weren’t trying to convey it’s easy to spread. Hmm.)
